Meet our Master Roaster and Blender: Gilles Gaborit
Gilles is a fully qualified French chef with 20 years experience in
running his own catering business and working in many high end restaurants
in France, England and in Australia, before transfering his passion to
roasting about 10 years ago.
Gilles has brought his cooking experience and flavour knowledge to coffee
roasting. The result is each origin he roasts and every blend he develops
meets the demands of serious coffee drinkers.
