SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
This policy sets out details of delivery for your online purchases. If you require clarification or have any questions, please contact our office or phone (02) 83551977 (9.00am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday).Where we deliver
We will deliver to most addresses in Australia, but do not deliver Internationally. We will require a street address for orders.How and When we deliver
We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders place before 2pm (AEST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm (AEST) will be dispatched within 2 business days of your order.
You will receive your order in approximately 2-7 business days depending on your location.
If you are trying to estimate when your coffee will arrive please consider the following:
- Credit Card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing
- Orders placed after 2 pm will be downloaded into the system for the following day
- We deliver though Sendle (https://support.sendle.com/hc/en-au/articles/205800148-Terms-and-Conditions)
Cost of Delivery
Theres a regular $10 fee for Australian shipping destinations unless stated otherwise.
Acceptance of Delivery
Anyone at the delivery address who receives the product shall be presumed by Voodoo Coffee Company to be authorised to receive the products.
Unfortunately Voodoo Coffee Company and its carriers are unable to provide an estimate of the delivery time. If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during normal delivery hours, we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be available during delivery hours.
Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product(s) by the carrier.
If your delivery has not arrived, please contact our office. If you wish to return a product delivered damaged or otherwise, please refer to our Returns Policy below.
Given that we use Sendle as our delivery service, there is no way for us to track your package once it has left the warehouse.
We take great pride in providing you good quality products and do our best to ensure they arrive to you in the best possible condition. The return of goods will only be accepted if the goods are found to be faulty or defective. In these cases, Voodoo Coffee Company will replace the goods at its own expense. If and when the goods are found not to be faulty or defective, the customer may be held liable for all costs relating to the return and replacement of the goods. Any order cancellations must be received before 2:00pm the day before the intended delivery/shipment day. If the customer fails to cancel within this time period, the customer may be held liable for the goods and all moneys owing for the goods. Where the customer refuses to accept delivery of ordered goods at the time of delivery, the customer may be held liable for the goods and all moneys owing for the goods and any applicable freight charges.
