Refund policy

Coffee can be a tricky one as flavour is subjective and there are many variables around the brewing process in terms of equipment and storage of coffee etc.

In saying that, we are passionate about our product and want you to be so also, so if you do have a query or issue, please contact us. We keep samples of everything we roast here in our Roastery for 30 days, so we will be able to taste your coffee here on-site and qualify your issue. 

We more-often-than-not are happy to offer a replacement provided there is a genuine fault or issue in quality identified within 14 days of purchase.
