SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

This policy sets out details of delivery for your online purchases. If you require clarification or have any questions
please contact our office or phone (02) 9550 2222 (9.00am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday).

Where we deliver

We will deliver to most addresses in Australia, but do not deliver Internationally. We will require a street address for orders.

How and When we deliver

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders place before 2pm (AEST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm (AEST) will be dispatched within 2 business days of your order.

You will receive your order in approximately 2-7 business days depending on your location.

Cost of Delivery

There are no delivery charges for Australian shipping destinations.


Acceptance of Delivery

Anyone at the delivery address who receives the product shall be presumed by Voodoo Coffee Company to be authorised to receive the products.

Unfortunately, Voodoo Coffee Company and its carriers are unable to provide an estimate of the delivery time. If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during normal delivery hours, we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be available during delivery hours. 

Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product(s) by the carrier.

Delivery Problems

If your delivery has not arrived, please contact our office. If you wish to return a product delivered damaged or otherwise, please refer to our Returns Policy below. 

Given that we use Sendle as our delivery service, there is no way for us to track your package once it has left the warehouse.
